This Dupont Circle Hotel Wedding was a dream. The Dupont Circle hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in Washington DC and it is also a luxury wedding venue that is part of the Doyle collection. The Doyle collection is known for high end sophisticated events and is a perfect choice for couples looking for something classic, timeless, and cheek for their wedding. Shaby and Josh wedding was so special and we started with each of them getting ready in their own rooms at the Dupont Circle Hotel. What is great about the rooms at this hotel is that there is lots of lighting and also really unique curtains and furniture to use for photos. Shaby got her hair and make up done while Josh got ready in his tux before we did a First look right outside the hotel in the sunlight. What I love about First Looks is that they are private and it is really the only time for the couple to have a moment together on their wedding day without interruptions. It always makes for the best photos and also gives us plenty of time in the timeline to have a more relaxed day. We were able to get lots of portraits of Shaby and Josh in Dupont and walking around together before heading in for their ceremony followed by a cocktail hour and the most fun reception I have ever been to.At sunset we went out for a few more photos and also made use of the bar at Dupont Circle hotel which was so perfect for some cozy fives as Josh and Shaby hung out together for a few minutes, I think those five minutes at the bar turned out to be the best photos of the day. What I should also mention about this wedding is that the food was amazing and all of the vendors made for the best vendor team.
