I recently had the pleasure of capturing a breathtaking engagement session at sunrise in the heart of Washington, D.C. for these National Mall Engagement Photos. The beauty of the sunrises in this city is truly unmatched. The couple, Avanti and Arland, were such troopers in waking up SO early and getting all dressed up for this session! We began our session at the stunning Constitution Gardens. The summer morning light danced around them, making the most beautiful background. The vibrant colors of the blooming flowers and lush greenery provided a picturesque backdrop for their engagement photos.
After capturing some beautiful shots at Constitution Gardens, we took walk towards the National Mall and the iconic Reflecting Pool. The early morning hour allowed us to avoid the crowds and have a peaceful, intimate session. The calm waters of the Reflecting Pool created a mirror-like reflection, adding another layer to these photos. Avanti and Arland have an exciting journey ahead of them, as they plan not one, but two weddings. They are having a small, intimate 10-person wedding in Ashburn, Virginia, followed by a grand celebration in India. These engagement photos serve as a reminder of this special time in their lives, capturing the love and anticipation they have for their upcoming weddings.
